MTFX and Confetti Creations help Cadbury go with a bang!
We were asked by Cadbury, Official Treat Provider to the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, to provide the confetti at the launch of its Spots v Stripes initiative, which aims to get millions of people from all walks of life rediscovering the spirit of playing games.
MTFX Rocks Manchester for Children in Need
MTFX was excited to be involved in the recent Children In Need Rocks concert at the MEN Arena in Manchester.
A confetti effect using stadium shots was provided for The Collective, a falling snow effect was created for Gary Barlow and Master Blasters were supplied and operated in order to achieve the confetti effect for the Coldplay Viva La Vida performance.
It was an absolute pleasure to be part of such a special event.
Federer Wins Final – ATP World Tour 2011
MTFX/Confetti Creations was at the gripping final between Roger Federer and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga at the O2 in London. The title was won by Federer who upon receiving the trophy was showered in a spectacular display of blue and white confetti. This amazing display was achieved using Stadium Shots.
MTFX: the official providers of confetti for the Royal Wedding
MTFX, Confetti Creations' sister company, was very proud to be the only official provider of confetti for the Royal Wedding on 29 April. Eighteen of our large master blasters were strategically positioned in Trafalgar Square and Hyde Park to cover the crowds gathered with a mixture of red, white and blue confetti as the happy couple left Westminster Abbey to start their journey to Buckingham Palace. It was wonderful to be a part of such a special day!

Confetti Creations invests in new stadium shot cannons
Confetti Creations has recently invested in the most powerful confetti cannons available – the new stadium shot confetti cannons!
These cannons give a spectacular burst of confetti or streamers, providing their "shot" via a compressed air accumulator tank pressurized to 8 bar. This means they can fire confetti to 35 metres and streamers to an amazing 50 metres!!
Each cannon is flight cased to allow easy transportation and to enable them to be easily positioned for use and with 12 cannons in their hire stock you can be sure they will have enough cannons for even the largest of venues.

MTFX is delighted to add a new and innovative product to its portfolio. The streamer gun fires a continuous stream of silver foil into a crowd or audience. It's perfect for shows involving audience interaction as well as football games, music tours and street theatre.

Confetti Creations provides confetti effects for Natural History Museum
Confetti Creations was called upon to provide butterfly confetti for the opening by Prince William of the new Darwin Centre at the Natural History Museum. We provided specially commissioned red metallic butterfly confetti, plus all the blowers, CO2 gas and technicians the event required.
MTFX works on the Britain's Got Talent tour
MTFX is providing all the special effects for the latest “Britain’s Got Talent” tour. The effects we are providing includes pyrotechnic waterfalls, concussion noise effects and the new extra large spinners that provide precision confetti effects over the stage.
Confetti Creations moves to a new, purpose-built unit
We are delighted to announce that we have just completed our move to a new and larger purpose-built unit at our existing premises. The move will enable us to continue to offer our confetti customers a service that's second to none. And because all our contact details are staying the same, we won't have any of the usual difficulties associated with a move to new premises.
Confetti Creations and Coldplay at the Brit Awards 2009
Confetti Creations has just finished 3 days at the Brit Awards at Earls Court providing butterfly confetti effects for Chris Martin from Coldplay.
The effects consisted of 3 cues, one on each of the chorus of Viva la Vida.
To produce the effect Coldplay hired 12 confetti storms, 4 extra large venturi blowers, 3 extra large spinners and 250kgs of red, white and blue butterfly confetti. All were installed within the allotted time, and the final effect was stunning.
Confetti Creations launches range of dissolvable confetti
Confetti Creations now supplies water dissolvable confetti. The confetti has already been used at several UK events and weddings. It's ideal for using in churchyards or other public places where a fast clear up is essential.
Olympic Handover
Confetti Creations and our sister company, MTFX, were proud to be asked to provide the special effects outside Buckingham Palace for the Visa 2012 party to celebrate the hand over of the Olympics from Beijing to England.
With daylight being a major factor in the decision-making for the type of the effects we could use, we opted for 20 CO2 jets to be hidden under the stage with 80 small cylinders daisy-chained together. Unfortunately we were restricted by the stage height and were unable to use the large cylinders. The CO2 jets were then linked to a DMX controller and given to the lighting designer to operate the fast chases and complex sequences seen.
For the finale of the event we placed 6 medium MTFX master blasters around the perimeter of the main stage area from which we fired our new “NO MESS Confetti” which is a white tissue paper that dissolves on contact with water, and which enabled a fast clear up of the site after the event.
Confetti Creations extends its range of disposable confetti cannons
Confetti Creations has increased its range of one shot disposable confetti cannons after demand increased from couples looking for something spectacular for their wedding reception. The one shot units come prefilled with standard confetti or can be packed with the customer's own “special mix” which can match the bride's colour theme.
Download Festival
The services of Confetti Creations were called on for the Download Festival, which took place at Donington Park near Derby from 13 – 15 June 2008. Confetti Creations provided 4 Master Blasters and effects including black and white confetti and 3' black and white balloons.
Dame Ellen
On 30 April on the River Thames, Seb Josse’s BT IMOCA 60 was officially launched after an extensive race refit. It proved to be a success for Seb and his teammate Ellen MacArthur as the all-girl band, the Sugababes, joined the duo onboard the BT IMOCA 60 to sing one of their latest hit records as she sailed under Tower Bridge.
Confetti Creations were there to help with the celebrations by providing 2 of their large Master Blaster confetti cannons with more than 20kg of biodegradable confetti!!!
